The Story of Jesus (Jesus' Birth and Ministry)
From SPARK
One-sentence summary
The story of Jesus in simple English for children and adults.
Description
The Story of Jesus is a set of three paperback books. It is one of the easiest to read Bible stories in the world. Each lesson uses some new words. These new words are used several times in the lesson. The listeners learn these new words. Then they will know the story and the words used in the Gospels. There is a list of these new words at the back of each book.
The author, Frank C. Laubach is the one who designed the “each one, teach one” system of literacy. This is the system where each person who learns to read agrees to teach one other person to read.
The first book tells about the birth and ministry of Jesus. It has 59 pages. The paragraphs are short. Each chapter contains one short lesson. Each chapter ends with a Scripture reference.
