- The Son of God came to earth as a baby (Luke 2: 1-12)
- The Son of God died, taking all our sins on Himself (1 Peter 2:24)
- Christ proved He is the Son of God by rising from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
- Christ went up in the clouds to be with God the Father (Acts 1:9-11)
- #3 The Book of God
- How we got our Bible, the Book of God (2 Peter 1:21)
- The Book of God forgotten (2 Chronicles 34:1-7)
- The Book of God is found (2 Chronicles 34: 8-15)
- The Book of God obeyed (2 Chronicles 34: 16-32)
- #4 The Home of God
- Jesus returns to God in Heaven (Acts 1:9)

The memory verse to be learned is 1 Thessalonians 1:9.
Considerations
- The teaching text for this flipchart book is available in the following translations: Arabic (Classical), Arabic (Moroccan), Baoule, Bengali, Cebauno, Creole, Dutch, French, German, Hausa, Hindi, Hungarian, Ilocano, Indonesian, Japanese, Kishwali, Korean, Lao, Malayalam, Mandarian, Marathi, Persian, Portuguese, Setswana, Shqip, Spanish, Swahili, Tagalog, Tamil, Telegu, and Thai.
- You can buy the English book and use the pictures from it with the different translations.
- The script for the translations costs $1.00 (US).
- The English translation gives permission to enlarge and copy pages 11 and 12 for each child.
- These two pages have black and white drawings. These can be colored and taken home to help remember the lessons. These are the same as the colored drawings used in the lessons.
- If the colors that are used mis-communicate, which may be the case in some cultures, then the black and white drawings can be enlarged and colored appropriately.
- The English translation has activities for each lesson. They may not be useful in all cultures.
- The final page of the English booklet tells how to believe and become a follower of Jesus.
Limitations
- Some of the pictures show only parts of people and scenes. Please make sure that they communicate with people that are not picture literate.
- Some of the pictures are symbolic and will need explanation.
Guidelines for Use
- This flipchart book could be used in Sunday School, church, schools, Bible clubs or camps.
- The pictures could be made into a filmstrip, power point or other presentation.
- The story could be recorded and be presented together with the visuals (CD or cassette tape with flipchart or computer generated presentation.
